Unlike some other driver training organisations, your Smart instructor will not make or receive any mobile phone calls whilst the lesson is conducted, nor will they smoke in the car, use a laptop computer or take a personal break.  Should you the client wish to take a short break within the training session then your instructor will facilitate the request and select a suitable place to pull over.   Also, unlike many other training schools, your Smart instructor will not at any time pick up or drop off other clients within your personal driving lesson.
